NEW BUILD BUNGALOW, FENWICK

After a straightforward planning process this new build bungalow is edging closer to completion for Easter 2023. It includes underfloor heating, wet room, two double bedrooms, office and a dramatic double height vaulted ceiling in the open plan living space. Once the external works and landscaping are completed this striking design will be rooted into its site and enjoy excellent views across the countryside.

BARN CONVERSION, RETFORD

After a lengthy planning process, construction work is nearing completion on this historic barn conversion. At time of writing (December 2022) the finishes and external works are well underway, with completion scheduled for spring 2023. It includes two double bedrooms with built in storage, wet room, underfloor heating and double height open-plan living space with exposed original oak beams that are over 200 years old. The extreme attention to detail on this project is one of the main reasons for its success; every detail has been considered alongside the client, even down to the choice of furniture, to provide a unique home that exceeds expectations.

GARAGE CONVERSION AND REFURBISHMENT, MOSBOROUGH

The final part of this barn conversion in Mosborough included a conversion of the existing garage into a third double bedroom, followed by installing an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe into the large master bedroom. This work has added significant value to one of the oldest buildings in Mosborough and has ensured its fitness for purpose as a family home for many years to come.

FAMILY HOME, FENWICK

This exciting project was awarded planning approval without any delay, objections or design changes and is due to start construction in spring 2023. This 4-bed family home includes a ground floor south-facing snug, office, 4 double bedrooms with built-in storage, wet room, utility room, feature staircase and generous open plan living with bi-fold doors.

REAR AND SIDE HOME EXTENSION, BALBY

This client wanted to maximize the potential in their corner plot property so that their growing family could live more comfortably. The generous plot allowed for a two-storey side extension providing new master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, with a single storey rear extension creating a large open plan kitchen / diner, complete with bi-fold doors and Velux skylights.

WELSH COTTAGE RENOVATION

Completed in 2018, this Welsh Miner's cottage was stripped back to the original stone and completely modernized. Additional windows were inserted in critical locations to bring in light and mountain views. Other key features include an attic conversion and mod cons such as LED lighting, Air Source Heat Pump and underfloor heating

Masterplanning is a service we offer for all types of development; ranging from low rise housing schemes to more constrained urban insertions. We work closely with clients and local authorities to maximise development potential. We have also completed several HMO conversions in Sheffield and Derbyshire which have added significant value to our clients' portfolios.

FAMILY HOME, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE

Outline design proposal for an empty rural site in Nottinghamshire. We are hoping to consult with the local planning department very soon with a view to submitting this contemporary design for planning approval shortly after.

SINGLE STOREY REAR EXTENSION RENISHAW

This is one of our favourite single storey extensions; completed in 2018 to help the client accommodate their expanding family, this striking design includes full width bi-fold doors, roof lantern and feature wood burner.

FEASIBILITY EXERCISE - WIRKSWORTH

This proposal maximised the potential and value of a tricky site in Wirksworth. Submitted as an Outline Planning application, alongside support from one of Sheffield's most highly regarding Planning Consultants, these proposals brought forward an underutilised and topographically difficult site for sale to a local housing developer.
